For adult (and 7-16 years) parties, large events or weddings, the hirer must pay a deposit of £100 before the booking can be confirmed. The terms of hire should be read and understood before a booking is made. For parties 16 – 21 years a deposit of £200 is required and responsible adult supervision is a condition of hire.

* Residents are those living in the immediate vicinity of Lockerley and East Dean

Rates for:

  • Prime Time: (full use of all facilities) : Friday evenings – Sunday evenings, - £75* / £85 per session
  • Saturday / Sunday full day - £150* / £160
  • Children's Parties (dependent on age, up to 16 years) - £35* / £40 or £50* / £55
  • Midweek Events: (full use of all facilities)
  • Morning / Afternoon / Evening - £50* / £55
  • Full day - £120* / £150

Sale of Alcohol

Anyone wishing to sell alcohol at a function must obtain the relevant licence from the Test Valley Borough Council. The necessary forms can be downloaded from TVBC website.The Hall Manager must be informed when a licence has been obtained.

Cancellation

Full payment secures the booking. If an event is cancelled part payment may be forfeited if we are unable to re-let the hall.

Hire of Hall equipment – external use

Tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery may be hire for use away from the hall.

Crockery 50 pieces - £15 plus breakage of £2 per item
